Police are investigating the death of a man at a factory in Canning Vale, Perth, Australia, last night.
The 38 year-old machinist was operating a vertical boring machine when part of it crushed him to death.
Police say the accident happened at Comco in Vulcan Road.
WorkSafe says two inspectors went to the factory last night to begin preparing a report on the incident.
