Police in Yorkshire have made a renewed appeal for information relating to a road accident in August that left two people seriously injured and another with whiplash injuries.
On August 21st, a Ford Focus driven by a 39-year old woman pulled out into the path of a Peugeot 307 that was driving away from Sheffield, causing it to veer onto the other side of the road. It then collided head-on with a Renault Scenic travelling in the opposite direction. The driver of the 307 sustained serious head injuries while his passenger suffered cuts and bruising to her face. The female passenger of the Scenic sustained fractures to her back while the male driver suffered whiplash.
The driver of the Focus and her passenger were arrested.
