A car crash in Market Drayton has killed two young men.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said both men were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which happened near Tern Hill shortly before 11pm last Wednesday.
"When crews arrived, they found two cars that had both suffered significant damage,” a spokesman told Bourne Local.
"Sadly, it very quickly became apparent that there was nothing that could be done to save the two men who were in a small car."
Two occupants of the other vehicle, a man aged 45 and a woman of 28, were taken to University Hospital North Staffordshire after being stablised with spinal boards and beck braces.
